Hyde’s visit here

Todd and Brenda Hyde came to visit the second week we were here. They had this trip planned before we got our call. It was fun to have them here. We did some discovering together. They took lots of photos that I have copied and pasted to the blog!

This cafe sits north of Savusava on a pass that overlooks the whole valley! It is beautiful! We will need to come back and try the food another day. It was Sunday and was closed. There were guys laying out on the deck resting. It was a lot cooler there than in the valley.

View from Lookout

This is a place that sells pearls they grow. I guess that’s how you say it. They plant a bead in the oyster and it makes a pearl from that. They have a tour that takes you out to where they have them in the ocean in a cage like the one above. We will take the tour boat excursion sometime while we are here.

This cool boat was at the pearl place! Long and skinny! I wouldn’t want to be in the ocean in that!

This is a picture of the hot springs here in town.

Fish that a guy caught off the pier.

These kids were fishing off a dock.

Kids swinging on rope swing. They loved that we were taking pictures of them! They live across the street. I would imaging swim and play here often.
