Tacilevu trip with the Sisters

Sister Eseta from Urata Village. This is the sister we fixed her roof. She is weaving a mat for her granddaughter in Suva. She is very fast. She told us she had been helping the ladies in her village mend nets all morning. Then she came home to work on the mat.

Our Tacilevu trip. Everyone was home cause it was cold and had been raining a lot. Good time to catch people. The village was beautiful!

This was the cemetery in the village.

This is the lady that hollered at us to come visit her. She was cute and managed to sell us a big bag of bananas.

Elder Keck with his bananas.

In the village of the young girl the sisters were looking for. This is the most sand we have seen since we got here. The beaches here are rocky.

Dan couldn’t resist taking a photo of this family. The children in their red school uniforms
, leading their blind Dad through town.
