Sisters and Dan, Meurs and La’ulu’s

The Baptism was in the evening. We started late and it was dark. No lights over the font so we improvised and used cell phones. A baptism never to be forgotten.

This is the Methodist chapel where we had the funeral in Bagata.

Another photo of the chapel. You can see the cemetery on the top of the hill. This was the hill we climbed in the rain.

A typical run off after a rain storm. This is right in front of the church.

This is the health clinic where Manoa had to go to make his appointment. We waited for a long time! Social medicine is interesting.

Dinner with Emosi at Grace. This is Michele’s cat. It just makes itself at home.

Dan’s 62nd Birthday!

Sister Vilo and Gounder made him a cute card.

Our final lesson with Vasiti. She is awesome. She made us some sweet bread and custard. And Milo hot chocolate. Manoa has been such a good help/teacher. He could have taught the class without us. It was good to have him help.
